Nine games. One deck.

The ones you play in the kitchen at 1am, plus a few you’ll be shouting about by Friday. All free, all on your phone, all with your mates.

How the queue works

Classic viral waiting list, minus the nonsense.

  1. Join

Pop your name, email and uni in. Confirm from your inbox. Uni email? You get a verified-student bump.

  2. Invite

Share your link or QR with your flat, your course group chat, your mates at other unis. Each one who joins moves you up.

  3. Unlock

When your uni hits its target, it opens first. Then it’s game night, every Thursday, without leaving the duvet.

Questions

Is it actually free?

Yes. Every game is free to play. There may be optional cosmetic extras later (card styles and the like), never anything that helps you win.

Why do you need my age?

Run the Deck is for 16s and over. We only ask which group you’re in (16–17 or 18+), never your birthday. If you’re under 16 we don’t save anything at all.

What will you email me?

A confirmation link (it can take a little while to arrive), and a heads-up when your uni unlocks. Anything else (news, game-night reminders) only if you tick the box, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Can I get off the list?

Any time: use “Email settings or delete me” on your spot, the link in your email, or the delete page. We also delete the list a year after launch for anyone who never started playing.

My uni isn’t listed

Tick “Mine’s not listed” and join anyway. We add unis as people ask.
